That's great! And what lovely blooms! I only have two blooming at the moment...can't wait for more.
So lovely! I hope my Endless summer will get beautiful blooms like yours this year...Love the blue especially.
Few flowers speak of summer as hydrangeas do. There are people around here who call them 'porch geraniums.' They do make you want to just sit in the shade and sip iced tea.
@Sage Butterfly--I hope you get more blooms soon! The temperatures have warmed up quite a bit in the last 2 weeks and that helped mine open.@Hanni--Thanks, I like blue best too. I've been trying to get the blooms to turn blue by adding special fertilizer to the soil, but the blue blooms aren't consistent. @NellJean--Never heard "porch geraniums" before--that's interesting! Oh, I do want some iced tea now. :)
I love hydrangeas, no matter if they're pink or blue, or mophead or lacecap. They are a classic!

Your blooms are beautiful. Mine are just starting to open. I transplanted them in the fall and crossed my fingers but they seem to be doing fine.
Well worth the wait!
